CRAFTY ASS Female origin story

Kristin and her former co-host Amanda met at a scrappy book-making workshop in NYC that they both attended in June 2012. After that, they followed along w/ each other’s creative journey, both personally & professionally.

In the Summer of 2017, K reached out to A in the sweetest way imaginable & the idea to start a podcast was born – a podcast meant to explore what it means to be a crafty ass female in the world today, and encourage, support, + cheer on each one of you that identify as such.

No big company backing. No fancy equipment. No specialized team of talent. Just two crafty ‘every girls’ wanting to ignite creative conver-sations & remind listeners (and themselves) that it’s okay to not have it all figured out. HOLLA!

Amanda recorded over 150+ episodes of the show with Kristin before leaving the show in late 2020.
